Elegant Transformations: The Peppin Powder Room with Nood Co's Peach Pedestal
In the heart of Camberwell, MJ Harris Group has revealed their latest project, Pippin. Designed by interior designer Naomi McLean, the renovation seamlessly blends functionality with high-end design features.
The team repurposed an unused bedroom in the home to add in a spacious laundry and hidden powder room. With full-height custom joinery along the left side, the laundry provides ample storage for the homeowner. The Powder Room is hidden on the right hand side, and whilst small, it makes an impact.
The curved powder room wall beautifully mimics the curves in the freestanding Luna Pedestal in Pastel Peach. Perfectly complemented by floor to ceiling handmade Spanish tiles in a soft grey and brought together by the terrazzo floor tile which showcases both peach and grey tones.
When designing this home, Naomi McLean considered the colour palette and materiality. Layering materials like the imperfect gloss subway tiles, alongside the matte concrete basin and terrazzo.
